Job Description

Propósito del Cargo:

Responsable del apoyo a labores administrativas y operativas del área comercial en la venta y la postventa, Organización y análisis de información, reportes y presentaciones según las necesidades de los Gerentes de Ventas.

Responsabilidades Claves:

·Apoyo en actividades operativas del área como: Generación y seguimiento de ordenes de servicio,           apoyo a gestión de documentación y seguimiento de contratos. 

·Realización de reportes: Semanales de forecast, mensuales de gestión, análisis de información de             territorio, incluyendo presentaciones requeridas por la gerencia de ventas. 

·Apoyo en gestiones administrativas, más allá de los temas operativos. 

·Apoyo en realización del plan estratégico anual y seguimiento. 

·Seguimiento a las áreas de prospección y otras áreas de apoyo. 

·Liquidación comisiones área comercial

·Análisis de Ventas (informes y reportes semanales, Mensuales y trimestrales)

Requisitos de educación y experiencia:

·Profesional en Ingenierías, Administración o carreras afines. 

·Nivel de inglés intermedio. 

·Conocimiento de CRM (Salesforce) 

·Manejo de herramientas de productividad MS Office. 

·Conocimiento y manejo avanzado de Excel.

·Deseable manejo de Power BI
