Job Description

La posición reportará al Jefe de planificación de operaciones domiciliarias, tendrá como propósito construir, analizar e interpretar datos y reportes operacionales, dando visibilidad a las desviaciones y descubriendo las causas raíces, con el fin de proveer información útil para la toma de decisiones por parte de los líderes del área.

  • Ingeniero Civil, Industrial o Comercial.
  • Manejo de office avanzado.
  • Deseable conocimientos de PowerBI, Python o lenguaje de programación similar.
  • Inglés deseable.
  • Sin experiencia.
  • Alta capacidad de abstracción y análisis de datos para transformar los datos en información valiosa.
  • Capacidad de aprendizaje e innovación.
  • Flexibilidad y adaptabilidad ante cambio.
  • Construir la planificación de operaciones domiciliarias, siendo el responsable de entregar el input de la necesidad de ejecución por tipo de actividad y cantidad de móviles requeridos a nivel nacional, zona, bucket y comuna.
  • Levantar alarmas ante desviaciones en el ingreso y/o ejecución del plan, entregando información oportuna para su corrección, con el objetivo de minimizar el impacto en clientes y en los indicadores operativos.
  • Realizar análisis específicos ante requerimientos particulares para apoyar la toma de decisiones.
