Job Description

A strategic CWC B2C role with oversight accountability for all CWC B2C Sales Execution to be achieved through collaboration with in-market teams and other stakeholders:

(1)Center of Excellence oversight of the Telesales business across CWC

a.Collaborate with all markets on sales campaigns

b.Scripting development and application

c.Dialer management

d.List generation

e.BPO relationship management

f.Campaigns effectiveness

(2)Center of Excellence oversight of CWC B2C Sales Plans Development:

a.Collaborate with in-market B2C Sales & Distribution Heads to develop the relevant Sales Plan for Fixed & Mobile Gross Adds/Net Adds achievement

b.Collaborate with in-market B2C Sales & Distribution Heads to develop the relevant Sales Plan for FMC Gross Adds/Net Adds achievement

c.Collaborate with in-market B2C Sales & Distribution Heads to develop the relevant Sales Plan for Recharge Revenue achievement

d.Support in-market B2C Sales & Distribution Heads in the submission of sales plans for approval

(3)Alignment of CWC B2C Sales Plans with B2C Key Stakeholders:

a.Align sales plan with in-market B2C Commercial Leads

b.Align sales plan with BMC Leads

c.Align sales plan with Service Delivery (Installation) Leads

(4)Collaborate with In-Market B2C Sales & Distribution Heads on the effective execution of approved sales plans

(5)Conduct periodic sales performance reviews with in-market teams to evaluate effectiveness of sales plans and make adjustments to tactical approach as needed to deliver required results

Other Functions

Will be required to liaise with and maintain effective business relationships with the wider CWC team, in-markets leadership, local teams as well as key customers/business partners.  Very close working relationship with B2C Sales & Distribution Channels, Commercial and Service Delivery (Installation) teams.

§Degree in a Management or related business field.

§High level of organizational and decision- making skills.

§Credibility and experience working with all levels of management.

§Appreciation of the Telecommunications business and environment.

§Strong business focus - understanding business goals and context, customer experience and related KPIs that impact business performance

§Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate, engage and manage people at all levels including staff/3rd party agency in remote locations.

§Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.

§High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.

§Works effectively in real, cross-functional and virtual teams.

§Able to manage content and process to achieve successful outcomes.

§Excellent people/team management, mediation and coaching skills.

§Influential verbal/written and presentation skills

§Effective project management, numerical, analytical and PC skills.

Experience

§Requires at least 5 years of practical work experience in the Telecommunications Industry especially with proven sales performance excellence and the ability to motivate and energize a sales organization to compete and win in a fast-paced highly competitive environment.  Should have experience at the Management level and possess intimate knowledge of the CWC markets sales operations.  Telesales leadership experience is key.
