Job Description

What´s the role?


The FMC lead is acting at the core of our commercial activities. S/he is responsible for all commercial activities across our Fixed, Postpaid, Fixed-Mobile-Convergence and Devices business lines. Together with his/her team, the FMC lead analyses market data, looks for the most relevant customer insights, builds a strong commercial strategy, drives commercial execution and go-to-market, and monitor results.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze markets data (from BI and Analytics), commercial KPI’s evolution (REV, net adds, gross adds, churn, NPS) in the market, brand tracker, consumers insights, national and international benchmarks, sales channels reports and feedbacks, in order to bring a clear view on where we stand commercially, be able to identify business opportunities and risks.
    • Suggest additional reporting or brief for the creation of new consumer surveys wherever needed.
    • Look at technological trends and new product evolutions to understand how these can support our commercial strategies. 
    • Share this knowledge widely with central and in-market colleagues.
  • Support the design of new CVPs across our Fixed, Postpaid, Fixed-Mobile-Convergence, Devices business lines. The CVPs include offer line-up’s, prices, end-to-end customer experience mapping. These CVP’s are inspired by our customers, simple, grounded with data and insights and scalable. Interface in the right way and at the right level with key stakeholders for successful development and execution. 
  • Drive best-in-class execution of the commercial action plans and CVP launches, including promotion, go to market, sales and marketing briefings, etc. 
  • Monitor and measure commercial results on a day to day basis and create feedback loops in order to learn and improve across the company. 
  • Be a coach for the team.  Support them and make them grow in their positions. Advise on organization necessities in order to be successful. 

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management or economics. Preferably with an MBA.
  • Min 10 years’ experience working in the telecom sector in a commercial area.
  • Min 5 years in a commercial, product, CVP position or similar relevant experience.
  • Experience in CX or marketing/communication domains are a plus.
  • People coaching, financial, digital or CX certifications are a plus.
