Director of Network Security & Mobile Workforce Solutions; Cable & Wireless Communications Inc., Miami, FL
Promotion of networking & security services and solutions for the SME, Medium/Large Enterprise and Government customers across all the markets where C&W operates including LATAM and the Caribbean. Utilize extensive technical expertise and marketing strategies to define the strategy and roadmap for the portfolio working with engineering & operations on R&D and rollout of new features.Lead the development and management of all networking & security products throughout the product lifecycle, identifying market trends and needs to adjust to product offering, support the sales teams in large sales transactions. Responsible for the P&L of the portfolio and its financial performance.
Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or Finance, and 7 years of experience, of which 5 years are progressive, post-baccalaureate experience. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or Finance, and 5 years of experience.
Must have 5 years of experience in:
-Integration of existing and new products with an end-to-end customer experience;
-Financial modeling showing critical financial indicators including the following: Revenue, ROI (return on investment), EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization), and gross margin;
-Management of pricing, tracking of sales and marketing activity, and internal cost structures; and,
-Development of business cases for internal or outsourced development.
Up to 50% Travel Required
