Job Description

What’s the role:

The Senior Business Systems Analyst will act as a liaison between business and technical stakeholders; extracting, analyzing and developing business requirements, and working with all stakeholders to translate into an approved and final design that has clear and measurable benefits for the business.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Six Sigma (Green Belt at minimum) and an IIBA or PMI BA certification is highly desirable.
  • Project Management experience and PMP certification considered key assets. 
  • At least 5 years of experience of working at a regional or Group level with strong analytical skills and a proven track record.

What you’ll do:

  • Using various methods (focus groups, surveys, face-to-face, available market research and data), lead the cross-functional requirements gathering, analysis, design and development of current and future LLA Contact Center initiatives.
  • Produce wireframes, annotations, workflows and other requirements and design artifacts in support of development initiatives.
  • Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level, focusing on quality improvement and data management; ensuring data is reliable and valid; developing process improvements or re-engineering and recommending elimination; integrating new systems and processes with existing ones; and partnering with internal and external customers to ensure systems provided meet the long-term business strategies.
  • Identify the business impact of new requirements, ensuring there is a clear and measurable ROI that can be translated into a financial model that supports a strong business case.
  • Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders.
  • Work with the T&I and Digital teams to ensure that they understand all business requirements and achieve sign-off from stakeholders.
  • Participate in the functional testing and assist with user acceptance testing of new or existing platforms.
  • Participate in small or complex applications rollout to single or multiple sites.
  • Work with the training team to document system scenarios and identify roles impacted to help develop a change management/training plan.
