Job Description

VTR, empresa líder en Banda Ancha y TV en Chile y parte del grupo Liberty Latin America que posee operaciones en América Latina y el Caribe busca incorporar un Jefe de Operación Plataformas Externas Para la Gerencia de Call Center.

El objetivo del cargo será: Controlar la operación de las plataformas de Desconexión Involuntaria (Cobranza) facilitando la gestión de los Coordinadores a su cargo, con el fin de lograr maximizar los resultados, manteniendo controlados los Kpi’s definidos para la gestión de cobranza y de calidad de los procesos.

Que buscamos:

- Al menos tres años de experiencia en áreas comerciales o de operaciones, liderando proyectos de principio a fin.

- Estudios de Ingeniería Civil Industrial o Ingeniería Comercial

- Excel Intermedio avanzado.
